so uneasy to login here in China…sigh.

Last Saturday, an assignment letter(for writing things for Emms) from FSF arrived. Woo, it was from Boston, MA, USA. This is the first time that i got snail mail from abroad.

Days ago, i just reinstalled my linux box. And at first the mouse wouldn’t work! (Yes, it works now)I used to rely on mouse too much, mostly in firefox though. firefox is the most important thing that i use outside of Emacs. If the OS itself was Emacs, mouse would fade away soon…

Okay, that’s one reason why i try to get away from mouse, i.e., sometimes mouse just won’t work. A second reason is that , mouse is tooooooooo far from keyboard. I think everything that makes my fingers far away from base key positions is very very bad.

conkeror is really just an extension of firefox, which provides a keyboard-driven interface for browsing. It provides both emacs-style and vi-style keys. Now i’ve done with my .conkerorrc, it works pretty well, bookmarks, keyconfig, mutliple buffers(tabs)…Have a try!

I recently wrote it for Emms. Ha, Emms’s getting more and more powerful.

Last Saturday, my linux crashed…. which had been around for nearly eight months. Before crashing, i was doing a whole `apt-get upgrade’ and compling a big software. i pressed the power key to start a cold rebooting while apt-geting and compiling(i forgot them at that time…), which might caused some serious damage to the system. Then i couldn’t get in my system any more, it hung at `fsck’ error. I tried to fix it for a while, but gave up later. And start reinstalling…Oh, gotta kill me. Now, i’ve made my new system about 80% similar to previous one. Some previously solved problems came up again…Anyway, my linux is running again!

很久没有写过贴子了,没有写过跟靓颖相关的贴子了,都只是默默地看,也有很久没有跟靓颖见过面,很想她,也想起和她短短的相处里那些令我感动而又难忘的瞬间. 今天在超女吧看到一些诋毁靓颖的贴子,真是又心痛又愤怒. 回忆一些往事吧,回忆在成都的快乐时光.

靓颖的手机

靓颖的手机很旧很旧,我对手机没有太多研究,没有注意到是哪个牌子,哪一款,但我可以肯定,那不是一款彩屏手机,外壳也坏了.记得成都决赛那天,靓颖在电视台门口给我打电话,有很多歌迷围在门口看到她手里的电话,有好几个人在轻轻嘀咕,说,她用的什么手机啊. 靓颖对我说过,那是她的第一个手机.一直用到现在.靓颖说,她是一个怀旧的人,她的音乐之路走得很不容易,所以她很珍惜,珍惜生活,珍惜身边的很多东西,这个手机一直陪着她,她一直舍不得换掉.我听有她的朋友说,她的手机摔坏了,有很多号码都不能显示,可是那个手机一直陪伴着她.

靓颖家的狗狗

靓颖家的狗不是什么名犬,只是一只很普通的小狗,它叫多多.靓颖很喜欢那只小狗,本来说想给它配种,还说给配种的那只狗取名叫少少.不过后来因为靓颖怕小狗痛,舍不得让它生小小狗,所以没有忍心给它配种.当时凉粉棒棒说,那生个小狗就叫”刚好”不多不少嘛,靓颖开心地笑了.还说有机会让棒棒见见多多,因为棒棒的女朋友对他的爱称也是”多多”.那是棒棒第一次见到靓颖,他说,靓颖很和,说很喜欢她的为人.

靓颖的童年

靓颖小时候家里很穷.她说,她要省下很多天的饭钱,才可以买下一盒MC的磁带,然后借同学的随身听,自己买电池.她说,她中学的时候每天要骑很久很久的自行车,从北边的家到南边的学校上学,中午为了省钱骑回家吃饭,下午再骑到学校,放学再骑回家吃饭,然后又骑去南边的酒吧跑场子唱歌,然后再骑回北边的家.她说她小时候看到什么好吃的东西从来不会对妈妈说她想吃,因为怕妈妈为难,她知道妈妈很爱她,如果她想吃,妈妈一定会买给她,可是她们家太穷,她只会在忍不住的时候对妈妈说,妈妈,这个东西好漂亮啊.靓颖对我说这些的时候,很平静,我拼命地睁大眼睛,不让眼泪的掉下来.

她就是这样一个女孩,走过那样一段艰苦的道路,舞台上的她,给人一种破茧成蝶的震撼;舞台下的她,给人一份洗尽铅华的感动.她说,这一路走得不容易,为了音乐,她付出了很多努力,所以,她很珍惜,珍惜现在的一切. 喜欢她的歌,更喜欢她的为人, 这就是我喜欢她的理由.

看到贴吧里那些诋毁她的贴子,看着那些抓住一些东西,断章取义,夸大其辞,歪曲事实的言论.我感到愤怒与心痛.

最近由于疯狂下载关于 ZLY 的视频，音频，小小的 30G 硬盘频频告急。而其中 7G 分给了 OSX, 而事实上已经很久没进 OSX，于是痛下杀手，把 OSX 7G 也收在 linux 下。这下只有 linux 了，希望以后不要出现什么麻烦。:P (对了，目前 ReiserFS 在 linuxppc, kernel 2.6 上无法使用，所以我选择了 XFS.)
